"Why Meditate" an evening with Matt Hahn

$20.00

Why Meditate? with Matthew Hahn
Friday, September 12th | 7:00–9:00pm

Sometimes we’re asked to meditate without a clear reason.

But most of us do have a reason.
To slow down. To heal. To stay sane.
To meet what’s here.

In this evening of reflection and practice, Matthew Hahn invites us to explore the deeper “why” behind meditation.

Together, we’ll look at the many motivations that bring people to the cushion—from personal to collective, secular to traditional—and how those motivations shift over time.

Whether you’re new to practice or have been sitting for years, this space is for you. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

Sliding Scale: $20
No one turned away for lack of funds.
