SFH Weekly schedule

 We gather each week for grounded, accessible meditation and community groups.
You don’t have to believe anything or know what you’re doing. You just have to show up.

Suggested Donation: $10–$20

No one is turned away for lack of funds.

  • Sunday Morning Sit

    Sundays | 9:00–9:45 AM
    A peer-led gathering with a short reading, 30 minutes of silent meditation, and space for optional reflection.

    Come as you are.

    Start your Sunday in stillness and connection.

  • Wednesdays | 7:00pm-8:15pm

    We’re honored to now offer affinity groups on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday nights at the SFH Meditation Center.

    Monthly identity-based circles that offer space for deeper connection, healing, and community.

    Practice through the lens of shared experience.
