SFH Weekly schedule
We gather each week for grounded, accessible meditation and community groups.
You don’t have to believe anything or know what you’re doing. You just have to show up.
Suggested Donation: $10–$20
No one is turned away for lack of funds.

A peer-led gathering with a short reading, 30 minutes of silent meditation, and space for optional reflection.Come as you are.

We’re honored to now offer affinity groups on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday nights at the SFH Meditation Center.
Monthly identity-based circles that offer space for deeper connection, healing, and community.

Join us for a weekly space dedicated to mindfulness, connection, and self-discovery. Through guided practices and open reflection, we’ll explore tools to cultivate presence, emotional awareness, and resilience.
We kindly ask for a $10–$20 donation per class. If this isn’t accessible to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out—your presence is valued, and there are opportunities to support through setup, breakdown, or other logistical tasks.
