Autumn Equinox Gathering
The Autumn Equinox offers us a moment to pause, turn inward, and notice the changing season around us.
On the equinox, day and night are nearly equal in length. It is a time of balance and transition. A reminder that everything is continually changing. As the days begin to grow shorter and the natural world slowly turns toward rest, we are invited to consider what we might release, what we might carry forward, and what we want to cultivate in our own lives and practice.
Join us at Sit.Feel.Heal. for a day of meditation, ritual, reflection, food, and community as we gather to mark this seasonal turning together.
10:00 AM–12:00 PM | Meditation + Equinox Ritual
We’ll begin the day with meditation and an exploration of what the Autumn Equinox can offer our practice.
Together, we’ll create an altar, participate in a release ceremony, and reflect on the question:
What are we ready to let go of, and what are we cultivating?
This is an opportunity to slow down and listen. We’ll practice making space for change, impermanence, balance, and whatever is present for us right now.
12:00–3:00 PM | Community Potluck + Reflection
Following the morning practice, we’ll gather for a shared potluck.
Bring something to eat and something meaningful to contribute to our altar. We’ll share food, stories, reflections, and time together as a community.
You don’t need to have a particular meditation experience or know anything about equinox rituals to participate. Come as you are and join us in creating a space for practice, connection, and celebration.
This is a free gathering. Donations are welcome and appreciated.
Come to the center. Sit with us. Practice with us. Mark the changing season with community.
Bring a friend. Bring something for the potluck. Bring something for the altar. Come as you are.
Let’s gather and welcome the Autumn Equinox together.
