Relational Mindfulness: Taking Our Practice from the Seat to the Street

$108.00

Saturday, July 25th 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Together we'll explore how mindfulness moves beyond formal meditation and into our relationships, emotions, and everyday lives. Through meditation, mindful dialogue, movement, and reflection, you'll discover practical ways to meet yourself and others with greater awareness, compassion, and presence.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this retreat offers a welcoming space to deepen your practice on and off the cushion.

Throughout the day we will explore practices that support:

• grounding in present-moment experience

• awareness through the body, breath, and senses

• relational mindfulness and authentic connection

• meeting difficult emotions with compassion

• recognizing reactive patterns with curiosity rather than judgment

• responding rather than reacting

• reconnecting to the innate qualities of the heart — kindness, compassion, joy, and balance of

mind

Drawing from Enrique’s relational mindfulness approach alongside the Sit.Feel.Heal. lens and the practical reflection of GNAR — Ground, Notice, Acknowledge/Allow, Respond. This retreat offers a grounded and approachable space for deepening practice both on and off the cushion.

This is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself.

It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember what has already been here underneath the noise.
