We all have a natural capacity for love because receiving and giving care is an essential part of our natural biological makeup. However, we rarely make deliberate efforts to deepen and expand the sphere of our loving attention. Yet for this reason, when we do make an effort, we can quickly and easily strengthen this profoundly positive attitude.
Join us for a short workshop to learn more about the benefits of a vast loving attitude and meditation techniques to expand it universally. This session will include explanations based on traditional Buddhist scriptures, guided meditation, and group dialogue.
